Call Committee Update, April 28, 2025
During the weeks since our last update, the Call Committee has gathered in prayer, gotten to know one another, and developed how we will work together as a team. We have received implicit bias training from Pastor Peter in preparation for interviewing the candidates. We are in the process of writing interview questions that align with the qualities we seek in a candidate as defined in our Ministry Site Profile (MSP).
The Call Committee would like to thank those who submitted candidate nominations. The nominations, along with other candidates identified by the synod, have been forwarded directly to the synod for review and vetting before being presented to the Call Committee in early May.
Please keep the Call Committee and candidates in your prayers as we prepare to learn about one another.
