June 2026 Grants
At its June meeting, the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd Foundation Board approved one grant request. The Foundation granted $2500 to Humble Walk Lutheran Church to fund special liturgical theater events, including a back-to-school blessing, a Christmas musical, and a Maundy Thursday meal liturgy service. Humble Walk is in the West 7th neighborhood of St. Paul and is a mission start of the St. Paul Area Synod of the ELCA. It’s a community committed to reaching people on the margins through worship, community art, and special liturgical events.
